STARSKATE ON-ICE/OFF-ICE TRAINING PROGRAM
By combining the basics of dance technique with sports principals, we hope to provide an Off-Ice Training Program that will expand each skater’s technical, physical and artistic abilities on the ice. Each week we will focus on flexibility, strength, stamina and choreography. Off-ice programming is combined with two daily on-ice sessions which include stroking sessions and the option of booking private lessons.
This year our summer program will run from July 3-28,2023 and will conclude with a test day on the final day of summer program.
