The competition is expected to go from 5:45 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday, November 23rd and from 8:00 am until 1:45 pm on Saturday, November 24th.

All registered participants should check in with the ice captain at a minimum one hour (preferably one hour and a half) prior to the start of their event. The skaters that start on the first session on Friday at 5:45 pm and Saturday at 8:00 am should check in with the ice captain at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the competition.

On-Site Registration: Registration will start at 11:00 am on Friday, November 23rd at the Delaney arena. All competitors must submit their music and Planned Program Content (PPC) sheets at that time. Skaters MUST register their own music. Music cannot be registered by a coach. Two CDs of the correct music must be provided for each category, one for the competition - marked “Master” - and one for back up - marked “Copy”. Music must be registered at least one hour prior to the posted start time of the category and may not be removed for any reason until after the category is completed. CD Audio Discs are the only music format accepted. iPhones, iPods or other digital sources will not be accepted as backups. Music must be picked up within 30 minutes after completion of the category.

Accreditation Tag – New At registration, all competitors will receive a Skate Ontario Athlete Accreditation Tag that must be retained and used as a pass for the duration of the competition and for all subsequent Super Series events. The first accreditation tag is provided at no cost. There is a $25 replacement fee for tags that are lost or forgotten.

Practice Ice: Practice ice will be available from 12:00 – 3:00 pm on Friday, November 23rd. The cost will be $10.00 per 15- minute time period. Please email the Chair, Sharon Bon, at to pre-book times. Please try to have exact cash for payment before heading on to the ice. Practice ice is booked on a first come first serve basis. You are allowed to use practice ice after completing the on-site registration.

Admission: Skaters and their coaches are admitted for free. All coaches must present their Skate Ontario issued Coach’s Accreditation Tag at the admission table. No other form of coach identification will be accepted. Admission is $5.00 per day for adults and children 13 and over, $4 per day for seniors and children aged 4-12, and free for children 3 and under.

Dressing Rooms: Each club will be assigned a dressing room with some dressing rooms assigned to more than one club. There will be signs in place to direct you to the appropriate room. Male participants will be assigned to their own area.

Medal Award Presentations: There will be a table for distribution of the medals and a podium set up in the lobby of the Delaney Arena for medal award presentations. The tentative schedule for award presentations are 8:30 pm on Friday, November 23rd and 12:00 pm and 2:15 pm on Saturday, November 24th. The exact times will be announced during the competition. People are invited to take pictures in the lobby during these times.

Vendors: We are still waiting for confirmation of vendors at this time.

Test Day: The tentative start time for the high-test day is 8:00 am on Sunday November 25th, but it may also be after 5 pm on Saturday, November 24th if more time is needed. You do not need to be a participant in the competition to test on this test day. The TBFSC test chair, Melissa Grona (, should be receiving the tentative list of skaters by today, November 2nd, from coaches or club test chairs. The final pull-date for tests is Friday, November 9th. The TBFSC Test Chair will send an email with the list of skaters and test amounts owing to coaches and club test chairs by November 12th. Payments must be sent via e-transfer to the TBFSC Treasurer at Please send the security word for the e-transfer in a separate email. The finalized test day schedule will be emailed to all test day participants or their coach/club test chair by Monday, November 19th.
